The best company we could ever found! CJ was professional and friendly and with his can-do attitude solved our problem. We had to install a cat flap in a double glazed sliding door (200cm x 150cm) and for the most companies, this was a NO NO job. CJ and Dave were brilliant and they weren't afraid or put off from the challenge. They have done everything with precision and on schedule. I would definitely highly recommend them to anyone looking to give freedom to their cat without the hassle. Happy cat, happy owners and a very big thank you to CJ and Dave!!!!

Highly recommended. Arrived on the day as promised to survey the job - fitting a special low profile cat flap into sliding glass patio doors and then subsequently to fit said cat flap. Very clean and professional, they took less time than I had expected to do the work yet couldn't have been more polite and helpful. Cat flap is working perfectly and both cats are using it without issue. Good job chaps.

Can’t praise Cat out of glass enough. They were quick to quote, measure up and fit the new cat flap. CJ the fitter was able to offer us advice on which catflap to get without any up-selling pressure. We would have chosen completely the wrong cat flap which wouldn’t have been suitable for our cat without his advice. Thanks for the excellent service!

We had a cat flap fitted into our double glazed bi fold door and the service and price were both excellent. From the first phone call to the follow up email we couldn't have been happier with this company and the guy that came to fit on the day was friendly, quick and super tidy. Highly recommended!

The job was fitting a cat door to a double glazed sliding patio door. We had an efficient and timely response to our enquiry and quote request . CJ turned up for the initial visit and gave great advice on our fitting choices. The new glass was ready in 3 days (they quote 5 days) and CJ's fitting took 45 minutes. An outstanding job - CAT out of glass are highly recommended.

We are so happy with the service received from Cat Out Of Glass from the initial discussions regarding measurements/style and price to the actual fitting. The whole process was quick, efficient and the turnaround took exactly one week. We have an indoor British Short Hair (but has access to the garden with cat fencing so he can’t get over!) and as the weather is getting colder we were getting a bit fed up with opening and closing the french doors all the time! Our lovely cat is now trying to suss out the cat flap with much encouragement from treats and toys! Thanks again Cat Out Of Glass, will be recommending you to anyone who is in need of a cat flap!

I would definitely recommend Cat Out of Glass. I searched for ages to find a cat flap fitter and decided to contact Cat Out of Glass after seeing the glowing reviews. Sarah was really quick to get back to my emails and sent a lot of information through. She said it would take about 45mins and someone would get to me between 12.30-2.30pm. CJ turned up on Saturday at 1.01pm and was out the door by 1.30pm! The pet door was fitted in under 25mins with hardly any mess and I got a couple of useful tips on what to do to train Darcey (the cat) on how to use it. CJ was very lovely and just got on with the job. I can’t fault him at all. Great (and speedy) service from Cat Out of Glass! I just wish Darcey was as quick to use the pet door. She’s currently very dubious of it and won’t go near it! Fingers crossed she learns to loves it soon! Thanks so much Cat Out of Glass.

Amazing service (again). Upgraded to the new Sureflap Hub and it’s worth every penny. Now I can see and control who is in and out ! Highly recommended.

Fantastic company. They were by far the best price from all the companies we contacted. All emails and questions were answered so quickly with very clear responses. What a refreshing change! A pleasure to work with, friendly and helpful throughout, great customer service. Quicker than I expected when my initial request was over the Christmas period and the price was reasonable (I got few quotes). CJ was really nice, nothing negative to say at all. My cats used the cat flap straight away

Very professional friendly helpful gents who gave superb customer service from first contact through to measuring up and consultation and communications throughout. Fitting was a breeze and within a short time period of ordering. I would certainly recommend. My two cats are both rescues and probably never used a catflap before so I think it will be some time before they make use of it. The microchip reader was a doddle to programme, you just need to get your cat's head/neck close enough.

Couldn't recommend these guys highly enough! Really pleasant to deal with in arranging the fitting, and on the day itself, the installation was so quick and easy. Our cat has been on an enforced four-week lock-in because we have just moved house, but now he has his gateway to freedom, he's one very happy kitty! And I'm a very happy customer.
