The need for cat flap and pet door fitting into glass and double glazing has been long overlooked and poorly served by the glazing industry, and so we decided to do something about it, and offer pet lovers a solution to their problem, combined with a good standard of products and excellent customer service.

‘Out of Glass Ltd’ was therefore set up to service the demand for cat flap and pet door fitting into glass units, and as an additional service, we can also replace misted double glazed windows.

Too often, you research a product or service and the pricing is vague and unclear, the response time is slow or non-existent, or customers are given the hard sell. We wanted to create the opposite – fast responses, clear pricing, detailed information on products and services, excellent customer service, minimal ‘chasing up’ and quick and easy ways to pay.

Founded in Brighton in 2016, initially, we served the south coast from Eastbourne along to Worthing, Bognor, Portsmouth. Travelling North, our catchment covers Mid Sussex towns such as Horsham, Haywards Heath and Crawley.

As the business progressed, we ventured further afield into Greater London, and have many customers in places like Sutton, Coulsdon, Croydon, Caterham and Orpington.
